What channels are included in every plan?
All plans include voice (phone calls), WhatsApp, and kiosk — no channel is locked to a higher tier. Plans differ only in the monthly usage limits for each channel and how many locations or kiosk URLs you can run.
Are there setup or per-call fees?
None. Your monthly plan covers everything up to your included limits. Beyond that you're billed pay-as-you-go — $0.12 per voice minute and $0.12 per kiosk interaction — no surprises.
How does payment work?
We handle it directly — no checkout flow. Reach out, confirm payment, and your plan and usage credits are live in your dashboard the same day.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, just message us. We update your plan and credits straight away, and any price difference applies from your next billing date.
What about chains or franchises?
